Smooth, Professional Video Moves with Reliable Support
Create polished footage with the Leofoto LVF-163C+BV-15 Video Tripod and Fluid Head System, designed for filmmakers, videographers, content creators, and professionals who need dependable camera support. Combining a carbon-fibre video tripod with the BV-15 fluid head, this system helps you capture controlled pans, smooth tilts, and stable compositions with greater confidence.

From interviews and documentaries to event coverage, wildlife filming, and commercial productions, camera movement can make the difference between ordinary footage and compelling visual storytelling. The LVF-163C+BV-15 is built to help you work more efficiently while maintaining precise control over your camera.

Carbon-Fibre Tripod Legs for Stability and Portability
Heavy support equipment can become tiring during long shoots, while less rigid tripods may transmit unwanted movement into your footage. The LVF-163C uses a multi-tube carbon-fibre leg design that balances structural rigidity with practical portability.

The tripod weighs approximately 4.9kg as a complete system and folds to around 89cm, making it suitable for production work where stability and transport both matter. Its three-section legs extend to a maximum height of approximately 172cm, providing a comfortable working position for interviews, events, and other video assignments.

BV-15 Fluid Head for Controlled Panning and Tilting
Jerky camera movement can distract viewers and make footage look less professional. The included Leofoto BV-15 fluid video head features adjustable pan and tilt drag to help you achieve controlled, deliberate movements when following a subject or changing your framing.

The head provides 360-degree panning and a tilt range of approximately +90° to -75°. Its pan handle can be mounted on either side to suit your operating preference, while separate pan and tilt locks let you secure the camera when movement is not required.

Whether you are following action, recording presentations, or filming moving subjects, the fluid head gives you more control over the pace and direction of your shots.

75mm Bowl and Adjustable Spreader for Flexible Setups
Setting up on uneven terrain or changing locations between takes can slow down a production. The LVF-163C features an integrated 75mm bowl system designed for compatible video-head mounting and convenient levelling. This helps you align the camera platform without repeatedly adjusting each tripod leg.

The adjustable spreader supports controlled leg positioning and can be configured for different shooting environments. With three leg-angle positions of approximately 23°, 55°, and 85°, the tripod can adapt to a range of suitable surfaces and camera heights.

Rubber feet and stainless-steel spikes provide flexibility for different ground conditions, depending on the supplied configuration. Always ensure the legs and spreader are properly secured before mounting your equipment.

Built for Professional Cameras and Video Accessories
A tripod system needs to support the entire shooting setup, not just the camera body. The LVF-163C tripod has a rated maximum payload of 8kg, while the BV-15 head is rated for up to 10kg. For safe operation, follow the tripod's lower 8kg limit and account for the camera, lens, microphone, monitor, battery, and other mounted accessories.

The BV-15 includes an Arca-style quick-release plate with 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch mounting options, plus accessory threads for compatible equipment. Dual bubble levels help you check alignment, supporting more consistent horizons and repeatable camera positioning.
